This is perfectly sticky tape for making fans .
Also it can be used to hold pro-made or pre-made fans .

Green tape ( which will be used for fan making ) has only one sticky side . That's why I'm set added double sticky tape .
.
1st -put double sticky tape on your palette.
2nd- attach green tape on top of double sticky tape , non- sticky side down .
Means sticky side will be on top and you can use if for fanning lashes ✅
